About the role
Luxoft is looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our Securitization Technology team, supporting complex platforms across the end-to-end lifecycle of securitization transactions.
We are looking for someone who goes beyond traditional Scrum Master responsibilities — taking ownership of delivery, driving execution, managing risks and dependencies, and building high-performing Agile teams.
🟩 What you’ll do
• Lead and coach Agile teams, driving accountability and delivery
• Own delivery governance, commitments, risks, dependencies and blockers
• Build strong relationships with Engineering, Product, Business and senior stakeholders
• Drive Agile practices, continuous improvement and delivery predictability
• Identify risks early and ensure timely escalation and resolution
🟩 What we’re looking for
• 5+ years in Agile delivery environments
• 5+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Lead, Delivery Lead or similar
• Experience managing multiple Agile teams
• Strong background in large-scale enterprise IT environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Agile principles
• Experience with organizational change / Agile transformation
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services is a strong plus
• Strong ownership, leadership and decision-making mindset
📍 Work model: Hybrid – 3 days/week in the office
