Senior SAP Testing Consultant - SD Module

Responsibilities :

• Lead SAP Testing initiatives at an advanced level (L3), specializing in Sales and Distribution (SD).

• Execute SAP testing processes with a focus on SAP S4 implementations.

• Demonstrate proficiency in understanding the overall SDLC and Testing lifecycle.

• Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration.

• Drive documentation and presentation of testing strategies and results.

• Utilize automation tools, preferably Worksoft Certify, to enhance testing efficiency.

• Employ Test Management tools such as MF ALM, Jira, QTest for streamlined workflows.

• Coordinate with Business Analysts, ABAP teams, and Functional Analysts.

• Understand core SAP functional business process flows and design end-to-end business processes.

• Develop and implement software testing plans and strategies.

• Uphold testing best practices, standards, methodologies, and testing metrics.

• Manage and maintain various testing KPIs to ensure project success.

• Train and mentor team members on testing best practices and methodologies.

• Track efforts for all tasks to ensure project timelines are met.

• Ensure development tasks meet quality criteria through comprehensive test planning, execution, quality assurance, and defect management.

• Drive continuous improvement in testing and validation processes while motivating the team.

• Collaborate with automation teams to share functional knowledge, facilitate script development, and address remediation.

• Prepare comprehensive test reports for stakeholders.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum [X] years of experience in SAP Testing, with a focus on SAP SD.

• Hands-on experience in SAP S4 implementations is a must.

• Proven expertise in testing best practices, methodologies, and standards.

• Proficiency in using automation tools, preferably Worksoft Certify.

• Strong understanding of Test Management tools like MF ALM, Jira, QTest.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and training team members.

• Thorough understanding of core SAP functional business processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Certification in SAP Testing or related field is a plus.
