About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Development: Build and maintain Salesforce solutions (Visualforce, Apex, Flows, SOQL) for entitlement, Code Redemption, Knowledge Articles, and Case Management.
- Integrations & Databases: Develop REST API integrations and write optimized SOQL and Oracle SQL/PL-SQL queries between Salesforce and Oracle backends.
- Support Optimization: Configure Knowledge Article structures and Case Management to enhance support workflows and self-service rates.
- Full SDLC & Support: Deliver end-to-end solutions—from requirements through deployment—and troubleshoot production issues across Salesforce and Oracle DB layers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners, Analysts, and QA to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Documentation & DevOps: Maintain technical documentation (data models, integration maps) and participate in Agile ceremonies using Azure DevOps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL
- Oracle DB, SQL/PL/SQL, and Salesforce integrations experience
- Experience with REST APIs and JavaScript
- Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud development/configuration
- Familiarity with Agile, Git, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps
- Strong English communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Experience with LWC, CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Platform Developer/Service Cloud certification
- Experience with Data Loader, DX CLI, MuleSoft, and sandbox management
- Oracle EBS/Salesforce integration experience
- Salesforce CI/CD deployment experience
- International Agile team experience
