About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Beijing is looking for Senior Sales Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. Working in Sales & Marketing, Senior Sales Manager reports to Director of Business Development - Diplomat & Consortia.

What you will do
- Support Director of Business Development - Diplomat & Consortia in achieving overall business objective and formulation of strategies in ensuring business attainment.
- Assist Director of Business Development - Diplomat & Consortia to Managing Sales team and overseeing daily sales operation.
- Review sales production and implement sales action plan to achieve the budget goals.
- Participate in Forecast and Yield meetings for yield optimization.
- Maximize sales in all hotel revenue areas.
- Coordinate communication between Sales Department and operating departments of the hotel to ensure team members are aware of bookings and sales programs.
What you bring
- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience at similar position.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Good Command of English & Mandarin.
