Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Representative to drive company revenue for a fast growing Home Remodeling Company. If you are passionate about community engagement, have strong leadership skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want you to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Meet with homeowners at their residences to assess storm damage, understand their roofing needs, and establish rapport.
- Estimation: Create accurate and detailed estimates based on the assessment of roof damage, taking into consideration materials, labor, and associated costs.
- Insurance Coordination: Work closely with insurance companies to facilitate claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided and advocating for fair settlements.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, leveraging your knowledge of roofing products and services.
- Client Education: Educate customers on the roofing process, materials, and the benefits of our services, ensuring a clear understanding of the value we bring.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with customers, insurance professionals, and other stakeholders to enhance MTM's reputation and foster repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing or a related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess and understand roofing damage.
- Knowledge of insurance processes related to roofing claims.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
