About the role
Für eine Bank in Berlin suchen wir derzeit einen (Senior) Risikocontroller für ICAAP/ILAAP-Modelle. In dieser generalistisch ausgerichteten Rolle übernehmen Sie neben der Berechnung von Assetkorrelationen auch die Risikotragfähigkeit sowie übergreifende Banksteuerungsthemen, die auf Basis sehr umfangreicher Datenbestände und mit durchgehend Python-basierter Modellierung erfolgen. Sie steigen zu einem Zeitpunkt ein, an dem der Bereich neu strukturiert wird. Modelle, Methodik und Prozesse entstehen dabei weitgehend neu, statt in einem gewachsenen System nur fortgeführt zu werden. Zusätzlich bietet die Position eine fast full remote Stelle an, sodass Sie nur mind. 1x pro Monat vor Ort sein müssen.
Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung und Kalibrierung von ICAAP/ILAAP-Modellen (Cashflow-Projektion, Marktpreisrisiko, Kreditportfoliomodellierung)
- Schätzung von Assetkorrelationen und Ableitung von Risikolimits auf Portfolioebene
- Konzeption und Durchführung von Stresstests sowie quantitativen Risikotragfähigkeitsanalysen
- Fachlicher Austausch mit Treasury zu Liquiditäts- und Zinsrisikosteuerung sowie Controlling
Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in (Wirtschafts-)Mathematik, Statistik, Physik, VWL oder vergleichbar quantitativ; Promotion von Vorteil
- Mind. 2+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in quantitativer Risikomodellierung, Risikocontrolling oder Bankensteuerung
- Tiefe Kenntnisse in ICAAP/ILAAP-Modellen, gerne auch IRB
- IT-Kenntnisse: Python
- Sprachen: Deutsch (Muttersprache); Englisch (C1+)
