Senior Release Manager

About This Role

Leading the cross-functional release strategy for internal applications within a large retail company is the core of this senior role. The Release Manager will coordinate teams and ensure efficient management of technology deliveries, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the cross-functional release strategy for corporate applications
• Coordinate the planning and execution of releases, ensuring alignment across different technology domains
• Lead domain-specific work teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Make strategic decisions to optimize release management processes
• Act as a technology reference, connecting development, platform, and software areas

Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in the ICT field, preferably in software, development, or technology platform environments
• Experience in Release Management and coordinating complex technology deliveries
• Strategic vision and ability to define and drive cross-functional strategies
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating different technology domains
• Communication skills, decision-making ability, and results orientation
