Responsibilities:
• Release planning: define release scope and objectives, establish release calendar and milestones, identify dependencies across applications and teams, align releases with business priorities and infrastructure activities)
• Change & governance management: track changes, ensure compliance with SDLC, obtain required approvals
• Release readiness: validate testing completion, review and integrate release notes
• Stakeholder communication: facilitate release walkthrough, communicate release status, notify business users of deployment completion, management reporting
• AI governance: plan and track activities related to AI governance. Ensure materials are prepared for discussions with control functions
Mandatory Skills Description:
• Release & Project Management: Proven experience in project-, release management and modern software delivery lifecycles (SDLC), utilizing both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• High-Stake Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with a proven ability to present to, negotiate with, and influence Senior Management.
• Proactive Problem Solving: A self-driven attitude with the capability to identify delivery bottlenecks or deployment risks early and implement mitigation strategies independently.
• Resilience & Flexibility: Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with a high workload. Ability to support night and weekend shifts during critical production deployment windows.
• Project Tools: Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• AI governance experience
