Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Developing business plans for active acquisition and management of clients in GBA (including HK)
• Proactively pitch in-house HNW clients for potential sales opportunities with cross-over insurance /funds/investment products
• Focus on expansion of business in the GBA market and growth of sales channels
• Organize marketing events/seminars/conferences in providing market insights and identifying business opportunities for our potential clients in GBA
• Engage in sales team development & coaching
• Participate in ad hoc sales projects assigned by Management

Job Requirements

• 2 years' or above sales experience in Banking & Finance industry serving HNW clients
• Active licence holder of insurance (IIQE I & III) and/or securities (SFC RA 1)
• High sales conversion rate to make profits from potential clients
• Familiar with multi investment/insurance products is definitely an advantage
• Strong client relationship skills to retain and keep the clients active
• Working visa sponsorship can be provided for suitable candidates
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Relationship Manager
