Job Responsibilities
Senior QS – Landed / Residential | West
- Handle quantity surveying duties for landed and residential construction projects
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, tender submissions, and bill of quantities
- Review quotations and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Monitor project costs and ensure expenditure remains within budget
- Handle contract administration, variation orders, and claims management
- Prepare progress claims, payment certifications, and final accounts
- Liaise with project teams, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders throughout project execution
Senior QS – Mechanical & Electrical | East
- Manage quantity surveying functions for electrical projects
- Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, and project budgeting
- Review project specifications and ensure cost accuracy
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and procurement costs
- Handle variation orders, claims, and contract administration matters
- Monitor project cost control and support project financial reporting
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Relevant experience in quantity surveying within landed, residential, or electrical projects
- Strong knowledge of tendering, cost estimation, contract administration, and project costing
- Good understanding of construction processes and project management practices
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
