Responsibilities:
- Handle both pre-contract and post-contract administration for assigned projects
- Review specifications, prepare quantity take-offs, and support costing/tendering works
- Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on project matters
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and support project team on commercial matters
- Assist in resolving contractual and cost-related issues with stakeholders
- Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontractors within budget
- Prepare and manage progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
- Monitor project costs and ensure proper documentation is maintained
- Attend site meetings and support overall project coordination
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- Relevant QS experience in M&E / construction projects has advantage
- Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract work
- Familiarity with Civil/ ACMV/ M&E projects is preferred
- Experience in LTA projects will be an advantage
