About the role
Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and submission of monthly progress claims and detailed cost variations with technical accuracy.
- Coordinate with site teams to gather photographic evidence and site logs to support EOT (Extension of Time) and Loss & Expense claims.
- Provide mentorship technical guidance and support to project-based QS staff on measurement standards and claim procedures.
- Support the manager in monitoring project budgets and identifying cost variances early to provide feedback to project teams.
- Assist in preparing commercial reports and financial updates for senior management presentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of standard forms of contracts commonly used in Singapore (PSSCOC, SIA)
