About the role
We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with 5–8 years of professional software development experience, strong hands-on expertise in Python scripting , and exposure to or experience in building AI Agents .
The ideal candidate combines solid Python engineering fundamentals with an understanding of modern AI and agentic application development. This role is suited for a developer who can contribute hands-on to building, integrating, and enhancing AI-powered solutions rather than focusing solely on traditional Python scripting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications and automation solutions using Python .
- Develop Python scripts and services to automate business and technical processes.
- Contribute to the design and development of AI Agents and agentic workflows .
- Integrate AI models, APIs, tools, and enterprise systems into Python-based applications.
- Develop workflows that enable AI Agents to interact with tools, data sources, APIs, and business processes.
- Work with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into practical AI-enabled solutions.
- Develop reusable components, frameworks, and automation utilities using Python.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of Python and AI-based solutions.
- Participate in solution design and technical discussions related to AI adoption and automation.
- Apply appropriate software engineering practices around testing, version control, documentation, security, and deployment.
- Stay current with developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and agentic application development .
