Your Role

You will be responsible for the overall management of assigned composite properties or portfolio and will work closely with head office to ensure smooth daily operations. You will lead the building management team, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure the highest standards of service are delivered to all occupants/owners.

You will also support senior management in developing internal guidelines and procedures, monitor expenses and income, and help ensure both operational and financial objectives are met.

What You Will Do

·       Oversee the management of assigned composite properties or portfolio.

·       Liaise with head office and key stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.

·       Lead and support the building management team.

·       Work closely with vendors and contractors to resolve operational matters.

·       Assist in developing internal guidelines and procedures.

·       Monitor expenses and income to support financial performance.

·       Ensure client and resident satisfaction.

·       Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree holder in Property Management or a related discipline.
• Member of RPHM / MHKIH / MCIH, with PMP Licence (Tier 1) preferred.
• At least 10 years of solid property management experience, including 5 years at managerial level, preferably in the residential sector.
• Strong knowledge of local ordinances, including the Building Management Ordinance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and Word, as well as Chinese word processing.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager.
