Senior Property Manager / Property Manager

Job Description:

• Management of residential housing ;
• To handle inquiries and complaints from residents ;
• To assist in daily operations, liaison, administration, and handling documents.
• Supervision of site staff

Job Requirements:

• Member of MHKIH/MCIH/Housing Managers Registration Board with Minimum 5 year's working experience in Public Rental Housing management in Hong Kong
• PMP License Holder will be preferred ;
• Mature, self-driven, flexible with strong client management ;
• Experience in tendering would be an advantage
• Good command of oral & written English & Chinese
• Able to work independently ;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered Senior Property Manager.
