Team Overview:
-APMs both experienced and dependable.
- Engineering team has been there for several years (team of 4) and they are union employees
Resource's typical working day:
Fast paced day of invoice processing, tenant emails, client requests, team coordination.
Must Have Skills:
Real Estate License
Must be organized for heavy email traffic. Financials (reporting variances, accruals, etc.). Patience with private equity client that is learning how to be an owner with 3rd party management.
Nice to have skills:
Mentorship mentality for training support staff that are in early years of their careers.
Years of Experience:
5-8 years
Education
Bachelor's Degree - In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Software skills:
MS Office, Teams, MRI

As a Property Management Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of large portfolios of properties.
