Senior Property Accountant Salary: 90k-100k plus bonus (based off experience level)

Key Responsibilities For The Senior Property Accountant
- Prepare and post monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
- Maintain balance sheet schedules and support month-end close activities
- Record and analyze capital activity, fixed assets, and depreciation
- Assist with accounting for acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions
- Partner with Property Management on variance analysis and budget support
- Support audits, tax filings, lender requests, and financial reporting activities
Qualifications For The Senior Property Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Real estate accounting experience strongly preferred
- Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
