About the role
Duration: 36 Months Note: Hybrid role - 3 days/week in office* Job Description:
- Provide project management support for the Automatic Monitoring System (AMS) Online initiative, partnering with the technical lead to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of project objectives.
- The Project Manager II may have relationships with individuals in various organizations ranging from individual contributors to Senior Department Leadership (i.e. individual contributors up to executive management).
- Responsibilities include scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management while coordinating with Nuclear Engineering, Operations, IT, and site organizations.
Duties:
- Serve as the Nuclear project management lead supporting an IT-led Cyber Transformation program.
- The Project Manager II will provide coordination between nuclear organizations and IT to implement cyber security process improvements, training, governance changes, regulatory compliance initiatives, and fleet-wide deployment activities.
- The initiative includes procedure revisions, workforce training, CDA assessment activities, and implementation of the vTraq platform.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience.
- Graduation from a four-year college or university.
- Proficient in project management principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters - business (MBA), project management, or equivalent.
- Utility Technical Certifications/Training; PMP or CAPM Certification; CMII/Construction Certifications; Professional Engineer License.
- Working knowledge to proficiency in project related Scheduling/ Cost Controls. Experience in utility industry. Knowledge in construction management.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 plus years related work experience.
- In lieu of Bachelor's degree(s) AND 5 plus year(s) related work experience listed above, High School/GED AND 9 plus year(s) related work experience.
