Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Security Program

About This Role

This Assistant Director role is for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, global information security initiatives across the company. The role involves connecting strategy to execution, bringing together cross-functional teams, and driving outcomes that reduce enterprise risk while supporting business value and operational resilience. Sitting within Information Security, the role supports the Enterprise Security Program's Information Security Management Services Team.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global information security programs and projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, plans, milestones, risks, budgets and outcomes are actively managed
• Translate enterprise security objectives into clear execution plans that support business value, measurable benefits and risk reduction
• Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams across Information Security, Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, Member Firms, vendors and contractors
• Drive project governance, status reporting, issue escalation and decision-making with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies and RAID items using project management platforms and tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools
• Identify risks, issues, interdependencies and resource constraints across programs, busy seasons and organizational priorities, and develop pragmatic mitigation plans
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment by integrating feedback, resolving conflicts and keeping teams focused on shared outcomes
• Support continuous improvement of security processes, governance practices and delivery methods, including lessons learned and sustainable operating models
• Mentor and coach project team members, build team engagement, and encourage accountability, collaboration and quality delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex global information security, technology or risk-related programs from initiation to closure
• Strong understanding of information security technologies and operating environments, including cloud, network, endpoint, messaging and data security domains
• Experience managing project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and executive reporting for complex initiatives
• Knowledge of security frameworks, standards and risk management methodologies, including NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or comparable frameworks
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors, including preparing clear status updates, recommendations and escalation materials
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive outcomes through influence, structure and accountability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics in business terms
