Senior Project Management (External Project)

Job Description

• Lead Operations’ preparation and execution for OJK and other regulatory or external audits across KYC, Customer Service, Collections, and other relevant functions.
• Coordinate Operations and Compliance to ensure accurate, consistent, transparent, and evidence-based responses to regulatory requests.
• Ensure audit materials are complete and properly organized, and coordinate audit logistics with HR and other relevant teams.
• Manage funder requirements, including monthly and ad hoc QA sampling, edge-case reviews, and escalated customer cases across Operations functions.
• Work with Compliance to assess the operational impact of new or amended regulatory requirements and coordinate implementation across relevant Operations teams.
• Identify control gaps, recurring issues, and process weaknesses, and drive improvements across operational processes, documentation, controls, QA, and response workflows.
• Analyze audit, QA, funder, complaint, and operational data while maintaining effective communication with regulators, funders, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience of 2-5 years in operations or project management.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, lending, credit operations, or external stakeholder management, with an understanding of regulatory requirements and audit or external partner processes.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage initiatives from preparation through execution and follow-up.
• Proven ability to communicate with and manage stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, external funders, auditors, and regulators.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure.Proactive in identifying process gaps and driving continuous improvements.
• Practical knowledge of AI/ML concepts, with the ability to proactively identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve operational processes.
• Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
