- Lead job costing, forecasting, and financial analysis across complex projects
- Identify financial risks and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Interpret and apply contract terms to optimize profitability
- Mentor or support junior accounting staff as needed
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and external stakeholders
Qualifications For The Senior Project Accountant
- 5–7+ years of project or construction accounting experience
- Strong expertise in job costing, forecasting, and contract interpretation
- Familiarity with CMIC (ERP), Quick Base, Textura, with potential exposure to Procore
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and financial priorities
