Job Responsibilities

- Manage programme timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive collaboration and alignment across business, operations, technology, and other key teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered within governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
- Track business benefits, user adoption, and overall programme success.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and support key decision-making processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies and best practices.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of project or programme management experience, preferably within regulated industries.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale business transformation or change initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Commercially minded with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and ambiguity.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, risks, and dependencies simultaneously.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Experience in customer-focused, operational transformation, regulatory, or strategic business initiatives is highly desirable.
