Job Description
Join a team of development program professionals to manage & lead Honeywell programs. You will work under minimal supervision of the CBT Program Director, to execute a development program of significant size & complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills and thorough understanding of multiple workstreams (of functions and Centers of Excellence). You will lead the execution of a multi-system program that is complex in nature and spans several major domestic locations, requiring coordination of technology development and production across locations. You will define, generate & implement program plans.
Responsibilities
- Define & Generate Program Plans
- Drive on time execution
- Understand budget/schedule
- Adhere to the IPDS process
- Execute the Management OS
- Collaborate, Direct, Lead
- Coordinate with Functions
- Facilitate forecast analysis
- Facilitate capacity analysis
- Mentor members of team
- Present programmatic details
- Summarize key issues & actions
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management for complex engineering development programs.
- Requirements Management & Fulfillment, Planning/Estimation
- SOW-thru-WBS-thru-BOE-thru Integrated Master Schedule
- Risk Management -Identification & Mitigation- Change Mgmt
- Cost & Financials (ex. RDE, spend, forecast, variance)
