Have strong knowledge of payment systems (SWIFT, Lynx, CHIPS, Fedwire).
Understand ISO 20022 and payment messaging standards.
Lead payment modernization and transformation initiatives.
Work in Agile/Scrum environments and manage product backlogs.
Design and improve business processes and operating models.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements.
