We are seeking a Senior Product Manager / Product Manager with 10-18 years of overall IT experience to own the delivery of a citizen development platform that empowers business users to create, document, and manage low-code/no-code applications within a governed environment, supporting the full application lifecycle within the power, utilities, and renewables sector.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation with business and development stakeholders
• Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions to enable business users and stakeholders in platform utilization and best practices
• Facilitate communication across departments to clarify project objectives and ensure shared understanding of platform capabilities
• Align product features with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements throughout the design and development process
• Lead user acceptance testing activities to validate that solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards
• Partner with support and operations teams to ensure smooth maintenance and ongoing platform performance
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and timely issue resolution
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and enablement strategies based on user feedback and platform updates
• Engage with a team of 3-5 colleagues and third-party vendors as necessary to deliver project outcomes

Requirements

• 10-18 years of overall experience in IT
• Proficiency in bridging technical and business perspectives to ensure alignment of platform capabilities with user requirements
• Skills in stakeholder management, balancing diverse expectations across business and technical teams
• Background in designing and delivering training programs tailored to varied user groups and skill levels
• Expertise in translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams
• Capability to lead cross-functional collaboration and facilitate effective communication among multiple departments
• Knowledge of Product Management, Product Life Cycle, Product Roadmap, Product Vision, Requirement Analysis, Training and Enablement
