Job Summary As a Product Manager at GovTech, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing digital products that enhance government services and improve citizens' lives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, create user-centric solutions, and deliver high-impact technology products for the public sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
• Conduct market research and gather user insights to inform product strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and key performance indicators
• Prioritize features and create detailed product requirements documents
• Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Facilitate communication between various teams and government agencies
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Present product updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology sector
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices
• Experience with government digital transformation projects is a plus
• Passion for leveraging technology to improve public services and citizen experiences

Working with Engineering Manager to lead a team of Data Engineers to develop data and AI products.

Preferably with experience managing data products.

Experience with AWS data products is a bonus
