Senior Product Manager

About This Role

This Senior Product Manager role in the Profile and Account team focuses on the Engagement & Retention and Courier Profile domain, building the platform used to manage courier data from application to offboarding. The position is responsible for ensuring high quality and compliance for courier data and accounts, collaborating with product teams, global stakeholders, and local teams across Europe and Canada to develop systems. Your efforts will support Profile, Compliance, and Engagement teams by ensuring regulatory compliance, elevating the courier experience, and eliminating unnecessary manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Lead the product life cycle, from identifying opportunities to ensuring flawless go-to-market
• Conduct product discovery in collaboration with other functions like Design, UXR, and Tech
• Define requirements and releases with the engineering team
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
• Report on team progress towards goals, manage expectations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Set goals for the team to improve KPIs

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Product Owner or Senior Product Manager in Agile software development teams
• Proven ability to partner with engineering to critically evaluate technical solutions and trade-offs
• Effective communication of complex matters and requirements to non-domain experts in a clear, simple, and concise way
• Solution-oriented and practical mindset, aiming to positively impact those around you
• A proactive approach to your job, finding ways to optimize processes and products
• Experience embedding regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security standards directly into core platform services
• Proven track record of managing the platform as a product to support other teams
