This Senior Product Manager role at Roche involves driving product strategy and lifecycle management within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire a deep understanding of the external environment (healthcare system, policies, and reforms) to anticipate future trends
• Formulate a strategic view of market, competition, and product erosion in the short-term and long-term
• Localize and define life cycle management strategy for products in charge
• Develop business models in different channels for products in charge
• Develop a deep understanding of key stakeholders, including key accounts, payers, patient advocacy groups, professional associations, and policymakers
• Develop development plans for the top clinical opinion leaders for the therapy area
• Build marketing plans by analyzing relevant markets and defining long- and short-term qualitative and quantitative objectives
• Where relevant, implement the launch excellence framework to build leading launch plans
• Translate the brand plan into a strong actionable operational plan with clear goals, actions, accountabilities, and measures across the cross-functional team
• Set responsible and challenging goals with appropriate KPIs for the brand that have a clear positive impact on business performance
• Ensure brand-in-charge performance
• Ensure the good implementation of tactical plans by collaborating with the cross-functional team (Sales Force/Market Access/Medical Affairs/SFE)
• Ensure supply and healthy stock
• Optimize segmentation and targeting strategies for the products under management
• Build brand communication package for activities to ensure quality and brand engagement and reach
• Be key in charge of the Brand KPIs (Lead, Lag), sales performance, and A&P
• Achieve Marketing objectives as agreed with management
• Manage the development and implementation of marketing plans consistent with the approval strategy
• Ensure the achievement of products' budget in the approved BP and integrated marketing plan
• Be accountable for ensuring compliance rules and ethical code when working with healthcare professionals to strengthen the company's image
• Ensure all support for the sales team/MA team comply with relevant acts, legal demand, and ethical standards and in line with the marketing plan
• Apply innovation and MCM in activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Health/Science/Pharmaceutical or Medical disciplines
