Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to join a large-scale, customer-facing digital transformation initiative. This individual will help simplify and consolidate multiple B2B customer portals into a more unified digital experience.
This is a UX-heavy Product Design opportunity focused on solving complex customer journeys and designing experiences that can scale from small businesses to large enterprise customers managing multiple locations, accounts, services, and users.
The designer will work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Service Design, Analytics, and Customer Experience teams while owning the delivery of development-ready design artifacts.
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive, customer-facing digital experiences within a complex B2B environment.
- Help consolidate multiple existing customer portals into a more unified and scalable experience.
- Translate business requirements, customer needs, research, and data into thoughtful UX solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, information architecture, prototypes, design components, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Deliver development-ready design artifacts that account for primary use cases, edge cases, and error states.
- Work extensively in Figma and within an established design system.
- Partner closely with Product/Experience Managers, front-end Engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Incorporate customer feedback, usability testing, research, and analytics into design decisions.
- Leverage dedicated Research, Service Design, Analytics, and CX resources to inform the user experience.
- Support accessible design for customer-facing digital products.
- Explore emerging AI-assisted design and development workflows , including tools such as Kiro and similar technologies.
- Help evolve the way design artifacts are handed off to Engineering, with the goal of creating increasingly production-ready prototypes.
- Navigate multiple priorities, changing requirements, and ambiguity within a large enterprise environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Senior-level experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Experience Design, or a related discipline .
- Strong Figma expertise.
- Strong UX/product thinking paired with solid UI fundamentals.
- Experience designing complex digital products, platforms, portals, or account-management experiences.
- Experience working within a large, complex enterprise organization with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Experience working with established design systems and component libraries.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, user flows, prototyping, and usability principles.
- Ability to clearly and concisely explain the why behind design decisions.
- Experience incorporating customer feedback, research, usability findings, and/or data into the design process.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with front-end development teams and understand technical constraints.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity as products and requirements evolve.
- Portfolio required demonstrating strong digital product work and design thinking.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kiro, Claude, or other AI-assisted design, prototyping, or development tools.
- Experience exploring how AI can improve the design-to-development workflow.
- Accessibility/WCAG experience.
- B2B product design experience.
- Experience designing complex customer portals, enterprise applications, SaaS products, or account-management platforms.
- Telecommunications or related industry experience is helpful but not required .

Schedule & Contract Details
This position follows a 4 days onsite / 1 day remote hybrid schedule
Typical business hours fall within approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility around start and end times depending on meetings and business needs.
This is a long-term W2 contract with budget approved through next year. The team would ideally like to convert this individual to a full-time employee when headcount becomes available; however, conversion is not guaranteed.
Pay Range: $60–$65/hour depending on experience
