The Senior Procurement Specialist will support procurement activities, supplier management and contract management initiatives, with a focus on achieving cost savings, reducing procurement risk and supporting business stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders.

Plan and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Negotiate commercial proposals and supplier agreements.

Identify, evaluate and manage suppliers.

Prepare cost estimates and procurement analyses.

Manage procurement-related contracts.

Deliver measurable savings opportunities.

Support risk mitigation in procurement and contracting activities.

Provide procurement support to business teams.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or a related field.

At least 10 years of procurement experience.

Experience in procurement activities, preferably within IT services.

Professional English proficiency (minimum C1).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Experience using SAP Procurement/Purchasing modules.
-
Leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
-
Strong planning, analytical, teamwork, diplomacy and conflict-resolution capabilities.

Results-oriented approach.
