About the role
For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to support the assessment and improvement of manufacturing facilities operating within a GMP-regulated environment.
Tasks
- Assess the operational excellence and performance of GMP manufacturing facilities.
- Guide improvement initiatives aimed at increasing plant performance, efficiency and reliability.
- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and recommend sustainable improvements.
- Assess supplier operating models, technical capabilities and process performance.
- Investigate material failures and support the identification of their root causes.
- Collaborate with technical, operational and business stakeholders across different facilities.
- Communicate assessment results, improvement opportunities and recommendations clearly.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification/experience in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Several years of professional experience as a Process Engineer.
- Good understanding of GMP principles and how GMP-regulated manufacturing environments operate.
- Professional fluency in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of material science or material processing.
- Experience investigating material-related defects or failures.
