Senior PHP Symfony Vue JS Developer

About This Role

This senior developer role focuses on building robust web applications using PHP, Symfony, and Vue.js. It suits a candidate with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, who is committed to code quality and modern development practices.

Responsibilities

• Master PHP programming language and the Symfony framework for back-end web application development
• Possess in-depth expertise in the Vue.js framework for front-end web interface development, including component, data, and user interaction management
• Have solid experience in CI/CD (continuous integration and delivery), mastering tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and best practices for deployment pipelines
• Master containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for scalable and reproducible application deployment
• Be comfortable with client-side and server-side JavaScript (NodeJS), and have a good command of modern testing tools like Jest, Vitest, JUnit, and Mockito, following a Test-Driven Development (TDD) approach and robust unit tests
• Have significant experience in monitoring (observability, performance tracking, anomaly detection) and using API testing tools such as Postman
• Commit to a craftsmanship approach in development, paying particular attention to code quality, good development practices, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles
• Knowledge of Agile project management methods (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog)

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent university degree with a specialization in computer science, or significant equivalent experience
• More than 7 years of experience in Vue.js / PHP
• Excellent customer relationship skills and outstanding organizational abilities, allowing you to coordinate a team while maintaining perspective on processes and customer satisfaction
