Overview:
VinFast is looking for a
Senior Organization Development Specialist
to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and optimizing our organizational framework while driving strategic HR initiatives that support the company's rapid global expansion.
Depending on your expertise, you will focus on
one of the following areas:
- HR Policy & Organization Governance
- HR Budgeting & Workforce Planning
You will collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to build scalable HR systems, ensure governance and compliance, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize organizational structures and workforce planning.
- Develop and maintain job architecture, including job descriptions and competency frameworks.
- Manage either
HR Policy
or
HR Budget & Workforce Planning
depending on your expertise. - Support organizational governance and compliance for business expansion.
- Drive HR process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum
3–5 years
of experience in Organization Development, HR Strategy, HRBP, C&B, Workforce Planning, or related HR functions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR and business data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS, SAP, or Workday is an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
