About The Role We’re looking for a motivated Senior Operations Specialist to join our Bolt Rides team, focusing on Driver Growth. As part of the Driver Growth domain, you’ll support sustainable supply growth and driver retention initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of our Rides marketplace.

The role combines driver engagement, operational execution, process improvement, relationship management, and supporting initiatives that help more drivers join Bolt and stay with us.

This role is a good match for you if you’re a driven, analytical and hands-on individual with strong operational experience and a practical approach to problem-solving.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Driver acquisition & value proposition: Explore new driver acquisition opportunities to grow the funnel and shape the value proposition for the market.
• Driver activation & engagement: Analyse trends, risks and opportunities; spot signals and create action plans to activate and engage drivers effectively.
• Performance analysis: Monitor the health of the Driver Growth domain; surface and address anomalies with clear, actionable steps.
• Process optimisation: Review existing workflows to improve key results.
• Partnerships & collaboration: Work with internal and external partners with a results-oriented approach and measurable impact.

About You

• Around 2 years’ experience in Operations, Strategy, Consulting or Analytics
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools such as Looker is a plus.
• Experience taking an idea through to execution with measurable outcomes.
• Enjoys building relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• An ownership mindset and integrity.
