Key Responsibilities For The Senior Operations Accountant
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and forecast future performance
- Monitor division revenue, costs, KPIs, and financial performance against budget
- Support monthly close activities through the collection and reporting of critical financial information
- Prepare variance analyses and recommend corrective actions or process improvements
- Develop and maintain management reporting for divisional and executive leadership
- Support internal controls, audits, and compliance with financial policies and procedures
Qualifications For The Senior Operations Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative field
- 3 - 5+ years of accounting, finance, or related analytical experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred
- Strong analytical skills and financial reporting experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
