Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to handle trade-related payments / receipts, account reconciliation, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will support operational efficiency and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Process trade-related payments and receipts across all products in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform reconciliation of client accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and liaising with relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Support system implementation and participate in process improvement/transformation initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Handle other assigned duties as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Meticulous, with a strong attention to details.
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar operations/payments role preferred
- Operations from financial industry will be an advantage
