Business Segment Overview: Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.
Responsibilities Primary duties will include:
- Development & Customization: Build custom features, forms, plugins, web resources, and workflows for Dynamics 365.
- Integration: Connect Dynamics 365 with other systems (external apps, Azure services) using APIs, SOAP, REST.
- Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot issues, provide support for live systems, and ensure smooth operation.
- Collaboration: Work with business analysts and users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Data Management: Handle data migration, integrity, and security within the system.
Qualifications To land this role you will need:
- 3+ years of MS Dynamics software development.
- Technical: C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, SSIS, Dynamics 365 SDK, HTML, Azure basics, Power Platform.
- Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of D365 (CRM/ERP modules like Sales and Service).
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
