Senior Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Consultant
A premier global consultancy is seeking a seasoned Technical Developer to join their SaaS and Cloud practice in McLean, Virginia. This role focuses on modernizing and maintaining critical case management systems for high profile clients. You will serve as a technical lead, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and robust software solutions.
In this position, you will own the end to end development lifecycle for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations. This includes participating in discovery sessions, architecting system diagrams, and building custom integrations. You will work side by side with architects and business analysts to ensure that project milestones are met while proactively identifying and resolving technical debt.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into clear business concepts for stakeholders. You will also be responsible for conducting tailored system demonstrations and refining implementation plans to ensure high quality delivery.
Key Requirements
United States citizenship is mandatory for this position.
Successful candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
A completed university degree is required.
Minimum of four years of general professional experience.
At least two years of hands on experience with enterprise level Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 implementations.
Proven ability to build and deploy applications within the Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong analytical skills and experience creating user flows and system prototypes.
Ability to work in a hybrid office environment in the McLean area.
Flexibility to travel up to twenty five percent of the time for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience supporting large scale case management platforms.
Background in professional services or technical consulting environments.
Experience with data migration strategies and custom code development.
Familiarity with improving CI CD processes and testing frameworks for Dynamics solutions.
Ability to lead client facing presentations and demos independently.
