About the role
Job Description
- Manage customer orders and provide support throughout the order placement process.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, development timelines, production schedules, and delivery requirements.
- Participate in sample development and production, ensuring samples meet quality standards before submission to customers.
- Liaise closely with Production, Technical, Planning, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure orders are completed on schedule and in compliance with customer requirements.
- Monitor order progress and proactively resolve issues that may impact production timelines or product quality.
- Prepare product costings and calculate costs for related services.
- Develop purchasing and order fulfillment plans to ensure smooth production flow.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on order status, production progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide professional after-sales support when required.
Job Requirements
- College or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Textile & Garment, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Good command of English in all four skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Proven experience in team management within a manufacturing environment.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Merchandising, Order Management, or a related role within the garment/textile manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of garment production processes, costing, sourcing, and order management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to work under pressure.
