Senior Marketing Manager

About This Role

This senior marketing role involves developing and leading business plans to meet future needs and expectations, focusing on brand and product management. The position requires a leader who can ensure brand integrity across multiple functions and regions, while also developing new concepts and products.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and ensure execution of business plans to meet future needs and expectations
• Develop short-term tactical sales and Brand/Product Management marketing plans
• Contribute to longer-term tactical plans
• Ensure brand integrity by leading efforts across multiple functions, channels, and international regions to protect brands from attack or harmful activities
• Work across all elements of the marketing mix and use appropriate channels of communication
• Monitor and control budget to assess promotional effectiveness
• Work productively with external agencies and cross-functional groups within the organization
• Ensure completion of market analysis and monitor competitive activity
• Develop new concepts and products
• Manage portfolio and prioritize new opportunities through financial modeling and gap analysis
• Build a strong network with key opinion leaders and monitor industry developments impacting business
• Develop innovative marketing programs based on brand/product strategies and implement through staff
• Oversee performance improvement plans and reviews, promotions, salary recommendations, hiring, and terminations
• Coach, develop, and inspire staff
