A Day in the Life

This position drives international commercial strategy, market development, and alignment with global product initiatives while supporting regional teams in executing sales and marketing activities. The role ensures coordinated launches across international markets, supports onboarding of new hospital accounts, and works closely with the global team to expand adoption of the UNiD platform. It also plays a key role in engaging key opinion leaders, identifying new market opportunities, and translating clinical insights into actionable commercial strategies.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Identifies, develops, and implements near-term and long-term business strategies relating to the development of new products, technologies, services, follow-on products, and/or industries.
• Identifies markets, licensing opportunities, and determines the feasibility of business and product development.
• Performs economic analyses on new or improved product opportunities.
• Develops business models and determines market trends to substantiate long-term prospects.
• Coordinates with internal departments in identifying and implementing business development projects.
• May work with sales, marketing and potential customers to determine their needs.
• Develops and disseminates information on a continuous basis to all pertinent parties concerning the fulfillment of project goals and objectives.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, business-focused, with consistently strong performance
• Advanced IT skills in MS Office, i.e. MS Excel / PowerPoint
• English fluent
• Knowledge of the orthopaedic and or spine business
• Multiple languages relevant to international customers are an advantage
