Senior Market and Brand Analytics Manager

Are you ready to act as a core strategic advisor for a global CPG powerhouse and transform complex commercial data into high-impact business narratives? This high-visibility role places you at the intersection of brand strategy, sales, and cross-functional leadership to drive measurable marketplace growth. You will leverage advanced analytics and multi-source commercial data to uncover critical performance drivers and guide key executive decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Consult as a strategic subject matter expert with cross-functional leadership (Marketing, Sales, Finance) to diagnose in-market performance drivers and guide commercial decision-making.
• Synthesize complex, omni-channel data streams-including POS, panel, loyalty, media, and promotional metrics-into cohesive, prescriptive business narratives that inspire organizational action.
• Uncover key market opportunities and competitive dynamics using advanced analytical frameworks to deliver data-driven proposals with clear business impact.
• Establish robust data governance practices and strategic category forecasts to optimize ongoing analytics delivery and elevate organizational insights capability.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of CPG client or agency-side experience managing complex market and brand analytics initiatives.
• Deep expertise in syndicated and commercial datasets, including Circana/NielsenIQ, SPINS, Stackline, POS, Panel, and Loyalty metrics.
• Proven track record of leveraging data visualization and storytelling skills to present high-impact, prescriptive insights to cross-functional stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a quantitative discipline; advanced Excel proficiency required.
