About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Managing Consultant - Revenue Integrity - Healthcare to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead revenue integrity work across healthcare client engagements, with a strong focus on charge capture, CDM management, and identifying opportunities to improve revenue performance and compliance. The position partners closely with client stakeholders and internal team members to assess workflows, analyze data, and translate findings into practical recommendations. It is a hands-on consulting role that blends analytical rigor, regulatory awareness, and executive-level communication across diverse healthcare environments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $166,000 – $199,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Assess and analyze charge generation workflows to identify revenue leakage and compliance risks
  • Review and draft revenue integrity policies and recommend process improvements
  • Perform detailed research and analysis using multiple data sources
  • Use software tools and analytical methods to develop creative solutions
  • Develop financial models using client-provided and transactional data
  • Execute workplans for assigned projects under defined timelines
  • Draft client deliverables for review and collaborate with team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of consulting or industry experience in revenue integrity and charge integrity
  • Operational expertise in Charge Description Master (CDM) management and revenue integrity processes
  • Understanding of Medicare payment systems, including IPPS, OPPS, and ASC
  • Familiarity with compliance principles and regulatory changes related to charging practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
