Job Description As a Senior Manager, Technology Governance & Risk, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing technology compliance policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and assessing the organization's compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks in technology systems and processes.
- Conducting regular compliance audits and preparing detailed reports for senior management.
- Providing guidance and training to staff on technology compliance best practices.
- Staying up to date on regulatory changes and emerging compliance trends within the financial services industry.
- Engaging with external regulators and auditors as required, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Supporting the development of a culture of compliance within the organization.
The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Manager, Technology Governance & Risk should have:
- Strong knowledge of technology compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
- Experience in implementing and managing compliance programs within a technology or financial services environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex compliance issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks in technology operation
