Job Description
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Financial / Functional Perspective
- Support achievement of Channel Sales targets related to revenue, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in tracking budgets, expenses, and financial performance against plan.
- Support identification of cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure timely and accurate data reporting for financial reviews.
Customer Perspective
- Support delivery of a positive customer and stakeholder experience.
- Coordinate resolution of customer or internal stakeholder queries within defined timelines.
- Ensure adherence to service standards and commitments defined in the AOP.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction scores.
Internal Process Perspective
- Execute assigned AOP initiatives and action plans as per defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate MIS, trackers, and documentation for AOP reviews.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across LTR to ensure smooth execution of plans.
- Support process improvements, SOP adherence, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in periodic performance reviews and audits.
Learning & Growth / Developmental Perspective
- Develop functional and behavioral skills required to meet AOP objectives.
- Participate in training programs, reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Apply learnings to improve productivity and quality of output.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset.
