Senior Manager, Process Management - Capital One Shopping (Remote Eligible)

2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Manager, Process Management role is responsible for leading process enhancements and risk management activities that directly impact operational effectiveness and the organization’s growth. This position plays a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining process controls, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and compliance, and supporting strategic initiatives through process optimization.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead process management activities including assessments, control creation, validation, and audit support

• Manage adherence to governance policies such as email, sanctions, external data sharing, and script governance

• Conduct risk assessments and problem-solving to mitigate issues, improve efficiencies, and reduce risk

• Document risks, results, and remediation plans in coordination with internal partners

• Collaborate with team leads and enterprise partners to communicate project requirements clearly

• Serve as the primary contact for risk and audit partners

• Provide subject matter expertise on processes in projects and meetings

• Advise on risk, process, and data management for new initiatives and enterprise requests

• Apply analysis and inquiry to make informed recommendations and decisions

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in process management

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management

• Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science, or Information Systems

• At least 5 years of experience each in process management, project management, and relationship management

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• McLean, VA: $163,900 - $187,100 annually

• New York, NY: $178,800 - $204,100 annually

• Remote: $149,000 - $170,000 annually

• Eligibility for performance-based incentives including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives
