About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Communications: Technology and Innovation to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.
This role will shape how the organization tells its financial and technology story to investors, media, and other key stakeholders. The position will translate complex financial results and capital allocation themes into clear, compelling narratives that support credibility in the market. It will also partner closely with senior leaders across the business to connect financial performance with innovation priorities, including AI, robotics, EVs, and battery technology.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $185,700 – $259,300 annually
Responsibilities
- Translate financial data into impactful narratives for investors and market stakeholders.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to connect financial performance to technology strategy.
- Lead communications strategy across channels to maximize visibility and impact.
- Create high-impact content, including press releases and digital media packages.
- Design and execute proactive media engagement strategies to advance the technology and innovation narrative.
- Strengthen the organization's reputation in technology and innovation among market stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers in investing and technology.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in communications or public relations focused on financial storytelling.
- Experience with large public companies or financial institutions with media visibility.
- Fluency in financial communications, including earnings and capital allocation.
- Knowledge of technology topics such as AI, robotics, EVs, and battery technology.
- Experience engaging financial and technology media and podcasters.
- Ability to produce clear content for leadership and media audiences.
- Expertise in digital tools for content creation and analytics.
