Job Title: Direct Mail Marketing Manager
Pay range: $65 – 68.49/hr.
Duration: 16 months
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
We are looking for a marketing specialist with experience in planning and executing direct mails campaigns for identified product offerings.
This role allows for end-to-end leadership in developing and rolling out the roadmap for this channel and involves high collaboration with external agencies as well as multiple internal teams like product, product marketing, analytics and design teams.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross functional team to identify opportunities for direct mail campaign
Develop and implement direct mail campaigns to effectively reach specific target audiences
Generate compelling content and design elements for direct mail materials
Develop a learning agenda for each campaign and partner closely with analytics to analyze and assess campaign performance metrics, providing insights for optimization
Be in the know of the industry trends and adherence to the best practices in direct mail marketing
Requirements:
Proven track record in direct mail marketing for Credit Card and lending products
Strong strategic thinking and creative skills
Proficient in project management, ensuring timely deliverables
Strong collaboration skill set and ability to communicate effectively in situations where hard messages have to be delivered
Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and interpret campaign performance
Capacity to work independently and meet established deadlines
