Senior Manager Digital Retail Transformation

About This Role

This Senior Manager role is for an experienced professional who can lead, structure, and develop the company's consulting offerings in retail transformation, while also working on high-stakes client projects. The position focuses on the retail transformation, including omnichannel strategy, operational models, commercial and customer performance, and transformation governance, which is a high-value consulting area for luxury brands and retail players.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote expertise to prospects and clients
• Participate in business development through a consultative sales approach
• Identify opportunities, qualify challenges, and build high-value proposals
• Engage in commercial discussions, presentations, qualification meetings, and strategic discussions
• Contribute to pipeline growth and the conversion of opportunities into missions
• Define, formalize, and evolve offerings around retail transformation
• Identify emerging market needs and translate them into concrete value propositions
• Clearly position offerings based on sectors, client types, and maturity levels
• Ensure the clarity, robustness, and differentiation of offerings
• Analyze needs expressed in consultation documents and qualify client expectations
• Define the response strategy, key messages, positioning, and value proposition
• Oversee the production of response elements: coordination, consolidation, quality control
• Structure technical, methodological, and organizational proposals
• Structure the capitalization of feedback, methodologies, frameworks, and use cases
• Formalize standards, repositories, supports, and discourse elements useful for offer development
• Organize the dissemination of know-how within the firm
• Intervene on high-stakes retail transformation missions with high-level stakeholders
• Frame needs, define approaches, secure trajectories, and manage the quality of deliverables
• Ensure overall mission management: objectives, planning, governance, service quality
• Coordinate mobilized teams and ensure the articulation between strategic vision and operational execution

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in supply chain transformation consulting, ideally in a consulting firm
• Demonstrated ability to combine consulting, business development, offering, and leadership
• Very good understanding of retail transformation challenges
• Expertise in omnichannel strategy, customer journey, retail operations transformation, customer experience, commercial performance, retail supply chain, operational model, and change management
• Proven experience in consulting for major accounts
