■ポジションについて 日本コマーシャル部門における主要な事業目標達成に向けて、CRM（Salesforce.com）の開発、導入、運用、展開、およびレポーティングをお任せします。
■具体的な業務内容
- 社内の関連ステークホルダーとの連携による、営業戦略や事業ニーズ推進に向けたCRM（Salesforce.com）機能の導入・活用推進
- パフォーマンスデータの監視や進捗管理を目的とした、エンドユーザーが使いやすく活用しやすいダッシュボード・レポートの作成・開発
- CRM（Salesforce.com）の機能およびAI技術の活用による、日本法人全体のデジタルマーケティング・営業活動の強化
- 営業担当者の活動状況の測定および成果のモニタリング、ならびに関連ステークホルダーのニーズとの整合性確保
- 活動データや市場データに基づく、営業責任者との協働による営業戦略およびテリトリーデザイン（営業エリア設計）の検討
- 企業コンプライアンスおよび倫理規定の遵守徹底

Requirements ■必須
- Salesforce（CRM）の運用・活用経験
- Salesforceを活用したデータ管理、レポーティング経験
- Power BI、Excel（Power Query／Pivot）、SQLを用いたデータ分析経験
- ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
■歓迎
- グローバルまたはリージョナル組織との業務経験
